ORDERING

Prices are inclusive of taxes in India but do not include any import duties or custom charges that may be applicable for receipt of goods in destination country. In the rare case of import duty being levied at the port of arrival, the customer has to clear the package by paying the taxes and duty levied.

Studio Coppre reserves the right to adjust any pricing or shipping amounts, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

The official order confirmation email sent by us will include the tentative delivery time for your purchase.

Customer is hereby requested to provide accurate information as indicated in the registration form in the website. In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer's mistake (i.e. incorrect name or incomplete address or any other erroneous information), additional charges if any incurred by Studio Coppre for the product's re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.

DELIVERED PRODUCTS

Our unlacquered products sometimes may have some black spots. Please note that these products are not damaged. Copper and all other metals oxidise in the air and has a propensity to turn black. This is a natural process, and it could be cleaned with any metal cleaning agent or with natural cleaners like lime & salt, vinegar or salt or tamarind. These oxidised products with stains are not eligible for return.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the website. All metal products are polished before photography so there maybe differences in colours and variations with the actual products. All products are individually handcrafted, hence there may be minor irregularities, though enormous efforts are made, and precautions taken to render the best and finest quality products.

DISPUTES

With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Pune, India by the Directors of Studio Coppre in accordance with the law.
