SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We, at Coppre prioritise the highest standards of quality and finish reaching our beloved customers.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
- We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless there is damage in transit or a verified manufacturing defect.
- We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other personal preferences.
- Products once used will NOT be refunded or replaced.
- We offer exchange only if the original packaging is intact & the product IS NOT used.
- Customised products and bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- We reserve the right to perform a thorough quality check of the returned product before issuing an exchange.
- Any returned item that does not meet the requirements eligible for an exchange will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Return & Exchange Process:
- In the unlikely event that your Studio Coppre product has reached you in a damaged condition, AND your product meets the above mentioned exchange eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Click a CLEAR & VISIBLE photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Send a picture to hello@coppre.in, or contact us on Whatsapp at +91-9168978684.
- Once you courier the product back to us, and it fits the exchange eligibility criteria after we examine it thoroughly, we shall immediately begin the exchange process.
Our team will investigate the damaged product and revert within 2 working days.
Upon receipt of communication from our team, please follow the below steps:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- We will organise a reverse pick up from the delivery location.
- Upon receipt of the product at our store, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a replacement will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the unlikely event that a fresh replacement product is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount within 24-48 hours.
- Our credit notes can be used for purchase on our website or in store within 6 months of issuing it.
- As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.
- Please ensure that you are accessible in the contact number provided during checkout. Our courier partner will attempt to reach out to you while delivering your package safely to you.
International Shipping:
- A flat fee (freight charges) based on the order value to any part of the world outside India will be calculated at checkout.
- Internationally shipped items are NOT eligible for any returns or refunds.
- In case a damaged product is received and meets the refund eligibility criteria, a full refund will be provided as per the order value back to the original source of payment.
- For damaged products received, a refund will be initiated once the customer reports the same as per the above mentioned Return & exchange process (including images and a video of the damaged product at the time of unpacking), nailing us at hello@coppre.in or contacting us on Whatsapp at +91-9168978684.
- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the designated Shipping agency.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. You can write to us at hello@coppre.in or contact us on Whatsapp at +91-9168978684 before you receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel orders once the shipment is out of our premises for delivery.
